Terms & Conditions
ALL DOGS MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED (ALSO KENNEL COUGH). NO DOGS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PROOF.
Star Walkies will only accept dogs that are considered to be non-aggressive and well socialised.
We will request a ½ day trial (which is payable) before they can join the team to assess suitability.
We will NOT ACCEPT male unneutered dogs over the age of 7 months.
Female dogs who come into season are not allowed to board until near end of season.
All dogs must wear a collar (choke chains and half chokes not allowed). A tag must be attached to the collar with owner details engraved.
An off lead consent form (if you wish your dog to be off lead) has to be signed or dog will be required for a lead walk only or Restricted Paddock area only.
Star Walkies reserves the right to terminate service with any dog who is found to be or becomes aggressive towards other dogs and staff.
Monthly invoices (in arrears) are payable of the 1st day of next month.
Whilst we take every step to ensure that your pooch is kept safe and healthy we do not accept responsibility for your pooch becoming unwell or injured whilst in our care. Should your dog require urgent medical attention and treatment we have the right to transport your pet to the closest emergency vet for treatment and all costs incurred will be payable by Owner.
Home Boarding -
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Star Walkies will NOT HOME BOARD any UN-NEUTERED dogs over the age of 7 months.
We will NOT HOME BOARD any bitches who are in SEASON.
All dogs must be fully house trained (consideration is taking into account puppies up to the age of 7 months)
All dogs must be non-aggressive towards other dogs and be good with children.
Excessive Barkers will not be allowed to Board.
Proof of Vaccinations (kennel cough included) must be presented (a photocopy) given to us for our register. No dog will be accepted onto the premises without this.
We ask that all dogs are fully up to date with a veterinary flea and worming treatment 48 hours prior to their arrival.
A 50% Non-Refundable Booking Deposit is required and the remaining balance is payable on DAY OF ARRIVAL.
DAY OF ARRIVAL AND DAY OF DEPARTURE IS CHARGED.
IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR DOG IS COLLECTED EARLIER THAN PREVIOUSLY BOOKED FOR, FULL BOOKING WILL STILL BE CHARGED.
BOARDING SPACES ARE LIMITED AND ANOTHER BOOKING COULD HAVE BEEN REFUSED FOR THOSE DATES.
WE ARE CLOSED ALL DAY SUNDAY – No arrivals permitted and no departures permitted.
